[TV리포트=강나연 기자] The 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test is just one week away. Idols who quickly started their social lives are expected to focus on their activities without taking the college entrance exam.

On the 7th, Nmix’s Gyujin and FiftyFifty’s Hana decided not to take the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test to be held on the 14th. Gyu-jin and Hana, born in 2006, turned 18 this year and were considering taking the CSAT, but reportedly made this decision to focus on their activities.

New Jeans’ Haerin also announced that she will not be taking the CSAT. On the 7th, Adore, her agency, said, “Haerin has decided not to take the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), which will be held on the 14th.”

Haerin was also born in 2006 and qualified to take the CSAT, but is said to have postponed her attempt to enter college to focus on her music career.

Since idol activities have nothing to do with academic background, many people do not take the CSAT. Previously, IU and Suzy also gave up going to college and focused on their entertainment industry. Afterwards, Pristine’s Siyeon and Bae Jin-young, AB6IX’s Lee Dae-hwi, Twice’s Chaeyoung, NCT’s Jaemin and Haechan, and Astro’s Sanha chose activities other than studies.

Meanwhile, Nmix, to which Gyujin belongs, released its third mini album ‘Fe3O4: STICK OUT’ last August. They gained a lot of popularity by promoting the title song ‘See that?’.

FiftyFifty, to which Hana belongs, began their first activities as a five-member group by releasing the album ‘LOVE TUNE’ last September. Fifty Fifty is about to hold their first US tour since their debut, ‘LOVE SPRINKLE TOUR in USA’.

New Jeans, to which Haerin belongs, entered the Japanese market in earnest last June and recorded 8 songs in Spotify Japan’s ‘Weekly Top Songs’ (counting period from August 2 to August 8) and Apple Music Japan’s ‘Today’s Top 100’. We achieved success by uploading 5 songs.

New Jeans will perform on the stage of ‘COUNTDOWN JAPAN 24/25′, which will be held at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan from December 28th to 31st.
