Evviva Trattoria Opens Modern Italian Restaurant in Concord, NH

Evviva Trattoria is opening a new restaurant location in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 8, 2026. The establishment is located at 16 Merchants Way in the state’s capital city.

The restaurant focuses on modern Italian-inspired cuisine that is locally sourced and prepared from scratch. The menu includes a variety of pasta dishes and other scratch-made offerings served in a family-style atmosphere.

The Concord location occupies a 5,000 square foot space. The interior design includes an open kitchen and a bar area equipped with booths and high-top seating, providing flexibility for casual dining and larger group gatherings.

In addition to the main dining area, the restaurant features a private dining room. This space is intended for special events, including corporate dinners, showers, and other celebrations.

Gluten-Free Dining Standards

A central component of the Evviva Trattoria experience is its emphasis on gluten-free accessibility. More than 90 percent of the restaurant’s core menu is either naturally gluten-free or can be modified to meet those dietary requirements, which extends to many of its pasta dishes.

To maintain safety and quality, the restaurant utilizes designated equipment within its scratch kitchens to prepare meals to order. This operational approach is designed to ensure that gluten-free offerings are integrated into the menu from the start rather than being treated as additions.

Development and Concept

The restaurant is situated within the Merchants Way development near Exit 17 of I-93 in north Concord. This development, which includes a Market Basket supermarket, was designed to include a full-service restaurant to provide a dining alternative to fast-food options in the area.

Earlier planning for the site indicated the building would be a stand-alone structure featuring an outdoor patio and an additional 2,000 square feet of retail space.

The brand operates under the “trattoria” concept, which refers to a sit-down Italian restaurant that is less formal than a traditional “ristorante.”

Evviva Trattoria is a chain based in Westford, Massachusetts. The company is a sister brand to the 110 Grill chain of restaurants.

The new Concord location includes a full bar that serves specialty cocktails, wine, and beer to complement the food menu.

According to Marcie Day, the expansion into Concord follows a positive reception of the brand within New Hampshire.
