Exclusive Caviar Oracle: A Luxurious 24K Gold Version of Apple’s Vision Pro Headset
Caviar has released a luxurious version of Apple’s Vision Pro called the Oracle. It features a 24-karat gold frame and finely tanned leather while maintaining the original tech specs. The starting price is $26,700 for the 256GB version, reaching up to nearly $30,000 for the 1TB version. In comparison, Apple’s Vision Pro costs $3,499.
The Oracle uses a double electroplating process to apply the gold, creating a 7-micron thick layer. Each headset includes hand-stitched leather with a special finish to preserve its natural grain. Caviar offers customization options, allowing for engraved names or initials on each of the 49 limited edition headsets.
The Oracle is powered by Apple’s M2 chip, which includes an 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and a 16-core neural engine. It also has a dedicated R1 chip for real-time sensor processing. While the performance specs like refresh rates (90Hz, 96Hz, and 100Hz) and display pixel count (23 million) remain standard, the emphasis is on luxury and aesthetics.
Caviar focuses on the elite market, catering to gadget enthusiasts who value technology as a luxury. There is no official news regarding its availability in the Middle East, but the region’s interest in luxury goods suggests the Oracle would fit well there.
