TV Tokyo’s Ultra-Realistic Legal Drama “After all, it’s none of my business – the honest work of a certain lawyer”

Every Friday night at 8pm, TV Tokyo broadcasts the drama “After all, it’s none of my business – the honest work of a certain lawyer”, based on the popular manga of the same name. The original work, written by Sato Masamichi and illustrated by Fujiya Katsuhito, has sold over 2.1 million copies in both electronic and printed formats.

Kento Nakajima stars as Yasuda Osamu, a new-generation lawyer with a unique approach to his work. He is joined by Baishisheng as Akari Kagami, a hardworking paralegal, and Nagisa Katahira as Kashiwabara Maho, the owner of the cafe Kashiwabara. Together, they tackle common social media troubles, such as online flame wars and slander, in a refreshing and sometimes dark way.

The guest cast members for the final episode, “Yasuda Osamu’s Exposé Broadcast Controversy”, have been announced. Soshina (Shimofuri Myojo) will play the role of Moki, a broadcaster with over 2 million subscribers. The episode will air on Friday, September 13th.

In the final episode, Yasuda Osamu becomes the target of a flame war. He receives harassment and slanderous comments on social media, and even a request for disciplinary action against him. The spark is Mr. Checkera, an exposer streamer with 2 million followers, who accuses Yasuda of misusing personal information obtained in the course of his work.
