Valiantys Group is expanding its North American commercial team as part of a growth strategy leveraging its experience in IT consulting and its track record with enterprise clients.
The company is currently seeking to fill the role of Head of Industry Sales for North America. This position is offered as a total telework arrangement, allowing for remote operations across the region.
This recruitment effort reflects a broader trend of international and specialized firms increasing their commercial footprints within the United States and Canada to better serve regional demand and enhance market reach.
Regional Commercial Expansion Trends
The expansion of commercial teams in North America is being observed across various sectors, from IT services to industrial equipment and healthcare diagnostics.

In the industrial sector, Western Global recently promoted three team members to head-of-sales positions to bolster its North American network. Dean Nasato was appointed to lead sales activities in Canada, while Jeremy Shepherd and Josh Pogozelski were promoted to lead the western and eastern United States, respectively.
Western Global indicated that a heightened regional presence allows product experts to provide more direct support, such as assisting with fuel storage compliance reviews by local officials or fire marshals and conducting in-person product demonstrations.
Similarly, IKO North America expanded its U.S. Market reach in 2025 by partnering with six new independent sales agencies. These agencies are distributed across several states and regions:
- Kenefic Sales Associates covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware.
- Material Sales Midwest covering Kansas, and Missouri.
- Comprehensive Roofing Solutions covering Northern Illinois, Chicagoland, and Wisconsin.
- Dynamic Architectural Products covering Virginia.
- Midwest Commercial Roofing covering Ohio.
- Building Envelope Associates covering Florida.
These agencies are tasked with expanding distribution channels and increasing awareness for IKO Commercial products, including IKOTherm Polyiso and IKO Innovi TPO.
Specialized Sector Growth
The healthcare and diagnostics sector is also seeing strategic investments in North American personnel. On July 21, 2025, PIRCHE AG announced the addition of two Regional Transplant Account Managers to cover the U.S. And Canada.

The company appointed Cristina Hutter and Jennifer Coccodrilli to these roles. Hutter brings experience in pediatric oncology, bone marrow transplantation, and gene therapy, while Coccodrilli has a background in genetics and transplant account management focusing on neurology, cardiology, nephrology, and rare pediatric diseases.
PIRCHE AG stated that these hires are intended to strengthen partnerships with transplant programs and accelerate the clinical adoption of its digital diagnostics, including the Outcomes Prediction Module (OPM) within the TxPredictor platform.
Other notable expansions include Mammut Sports Group, which added seven new members to its North America team on September 2, 2025, and DUAL North America, which appointed Ed Ashby as CEO to accelerate its expansion within the United States.
