L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow
The Los Angeles Zoo is hosting an exciting event called “L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow,” featuring stunning lantern sculptures and vibrant light displays. This event runs from November 15, 2024, to January 5, 2025, at 5333 Zoo Drive.
Event Highlights:
- Lantern Sculptures: Visitors can explore diverse landscapes, including illuminated alpine forests, rainforests, and rivers. The sculptures showcase large animals and vibrant nature scenes.
- Ticket Prices: Admission starts at $18 for children and $29 for adults. Free parking is available.
- Additional Features: The zoo offers photo opportunities with Santa Claus and giant holiday ornaments. Guests can purchase beer, wine, and spiked hot cocoa on weekends.

Sensory-Inclusive Zoo Lights (Dec. 3): This evening is designed for guests with sensory sensitivities. It features reduced crowds, softer music, and sensory bags.

- Pride Night (Dec. 11): Celebrate LGBTQIA+ pride with activities, including an all-ages DJ dance party and a cocktail bar for guests over 21.
