Bang & Olufsen launches its flagship Beoplay H100 headphones, featuring luxurious sheepskin ear cushions and a glass touch panel, as well as a textured leather case. It has top-notch sound effects and noise reduction effects and is priced above 10,000 yuan.

Beautiful and Noble Appearance

The Beoplay H100 feels solid and clean in the hand, although it’s not light. The leather, smooth glass touch panel, and metal handle texture are full of luxury. It’s a little heavy to put on your head, but it’s perfect once you get used to it. The detachable inner band adopts an ergonomic design and is paired with premium fabrics to provide breathability for all-season use. The sheepskin earmuffs on both sides are quite snug. There are wheels and touch buttons on the outside of the headphones for easy control.

It is available in three colors: dark midnight black, storm sand, and sunset apricot, available only in specialty stores. The light copper-colored aluminum material makes the warm peach-colored leather stand out, which is quite outstanding and rare. The leather case can store all the earphones in the bag, and the earphones will be completely closed once taken out and put on, it will automatically activate and start. Otherwise, the earbuds will automatically enter low-power mode with a standby time of 90 days and will be activated the next time they are worn.

Better Sound Effect and Noise Reduction

Beoplay H100 features a custom 40mm titanium driver unit behind the aluminum grille, providing high-definition Hi-Res Audio, Dolby Atmos optimization, spatial audio processing, and head tracking technology. It sounds three-dimensional, full, and delicate, with a rich range of sounds. Equipped with 10 studio microphones, the active noise reduction performance is high and can isolate the noise of people and vehicles on roads and vehicles, and highlight the music.

There’s also a transparency mode, where you can use the touch wheel to enable the TrueTransparency feature to switch between music and external sounds; lift or cover one of the earcups with the palm of your hand to switch from fully closed to open music immersion mode. It also supports fast charging. Only 5 minutes of charging is needed to provide 5 hours of music playback and can be used continuously for up to 32 hours when fully charged.

Through the B&O app, you can customize the user interface to your personal preferences. However, the app does not connect perfectly to the iPhone and often cannot be used even if it is connected to Bluetooth. The internal headband and ear cushions of the earphones can be replaced by yourself, and maintenance is also simple, extending the life of these $11,998 earphones.
