Anime ⁢Film Night ⁤in Kyoto:‍ A Unique Experience

Saturday, September 14, Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22, 2024,​ will mark the first-ever Anime Film Night in Kyoto. This event is part of ⁤Kyoto ​Mafu 2024 and will take place at two iconic venues: the Ponto-cho Dance Hall and the Kyoto International Manga‍ Museum.

The‍ Anime Film Night will ‍feature two​ exciting films:⁢ “Summer Wars,” celebrating its 15th anniversary, ⁣and “Detective Conan: Love Letters,” set in the beautiful ⁢city of Kyoto. Both ⁤films will ⁣have English⁢ subtitles, making‌ them accessible to international audiences. As ‍a special treat, attendees of the “Summer Wars” screening will receive a hand-cut “frame film” from the movie. Additionally, the Kyoto International Manga Museum will provide‌ a kitchen ‌truck for⁤ attendees to⁢ enjoy.
