JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) Korea has launched a variety of activities one after another in order to let customers share the “modern luxury” lifestyle, attracting people’s attention.

“Modern Luxury” is the blueprint that encompasses the JLR brand philosophy and represents the highest value pursued by JLR brands such as Range Rover and Defender. Based on this philosophy, JLR Korea has displayed various activities such as “Range Rover Home” and “Death Guard” in a unique space, bringing customers a differentiated experience unique to the JLR brand.

JLR Korea held “Destination Defender” events in Inje and Yangyang, Gangwon-do in March and September this year. In this event, customers experienced off-road driving where they could feel the off-road driving technology and engineering of the Defender lineup.

Participants experienced the unique driving performance and cutting-edge technology of the Defender lineup through an off-road course set on the seaside and a specially made DDE (Dynamic Display Equipment) structure. Outdoor programs with the Defenders also became fun. The event held in September this year was held at a location where you can enjoy car camping. Participants experienced the harmony of adventure and luxury through a variety of programs such as camping in nature, water leisure sports, rock climbing, and family yoga that families can enjoy. The event provided customers with a new experience that combined traditional off-road sensibility with modern lifestyle, and received an enthusiastic response.

In December last year, JLR Korea opened the country’s first “Range Rover House” in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province. Range Rover House is a global event series that provides customers with luxury experiences in world-famous attractions such as London and Sydney. Events held in Yeoju also offer modern lifestyle experiences strictly selected according to the brand philosophy.

While JLR Korea exclusively unveiled the new Range Rover Sport SV at the Range Rover Home, it also conducted a driving program where you can directly experience the new Range Rover and the new Range Rover Sport. In addition, activities also include △Find your own custom scent blend (Custom Scent Blending) △Sound Bath Meditation that can refresh you through meditation in the soul church designed by world-famous architect Tadao Ando △Celebrity chef Sam King shows Lifestyle experiences that satisfy all five senses, from classic signature nights with naturalistic meals.

Especially at Range Rover Home, through one-on-one consultation with experts, the SV Bespoke Commissioning Suite project that achieves the highest level of personal customization was launched for the first time in China. Range Rover owners were able to see and feel for themselves the design and materials that make up a Range Rover, as well as try out a bespoke Range Rover that is unique in the world.

Recently, Range Rover has attracted attention by joining forces with the tennis industry, which is known as the “noble sport”.

Land Rover Range Rover has officially signed a partnership with the Wimbledon Championships, the world’s most authoritative tennis tournament held in the UK, to support concierge vehicles. To commemorate this event, JLR Korea held a Wimbledon Championships commemoration event at the British Embassy in South Korea in July this year. At this event, the limited edition model “Range Rover SV” that embodies the brand value of “modern luxury” and the performance flagship “Range Rover Sport SV” that pursues the brand value of “sporty luxury” were displayed, attracting the attention of customers.

Range Rover customers celebrated the partnership between Range Rover and Wimbledon by attending the men’s singles semi-finals of the Wimbledon Championships in a white dress theme and enjoying the charm of tennis. Before the game, customers also received high-quality guidance through one-stop coaching from former national tennis representative Lee Hyung-taek. At the same time, we also enjoyed a variety of strawberry & cream desserts, champagne, etc. that symbolize Wimbledon, and luxuriously experienced the unique culture and tradition of Wimbledon with a long history.
