OLLANTAY:⁤ A Timeless⁢ Tale​ of Forbidden ⁤Love

As part of its ‌74th anniversary celebration, the Juana Sujo School of Advanced Performing Arts, in collaboration with Trasnocho Cultural, presents the theatrical show “OLLANTAY”.​ This spectacular⁤ production‌ features a‍ talented ⁢cast, ⁣including ⁤leading actress Ana Castell, actors Costa Palamides and Vicente Pereda, and a host ‍of other gifted ​actors and actresses.

Directed by ⁣Costa Palamides, “OLLANTAY”⁢ is a​ scenic ​masterpiece⁢ that combines singing, choreography, and acting to‌ bring to life this classic of Spanish American theater. The production boasts impressive costume ​design and production by Ghilaine Latorraca, singing advice by maestro Claudio Muskus, lighting design by ⁤Gerónimo Reyes, and choreography by Luis Vicente González.

The story of “OLLANTAY” revolves around the forbidden love between Ollantay and ‍Cusi-Cuyllur, the daughter​ of ​the Inca ⁤Pachacute. Despite the Inca’s opposition, the‍ two lovers⁢ find a way‍ to be together, ultimately triumphing over adversity and achieving a ⁤happy ending.

The performances will take place on Saturday, September 21 and 28, and Sunday, ‌September 22 and 29, at 3 pm, in the Trasnocho Cultural Theater Hall. Tickets are available for $5 at the ⁢theater box office⁣ and ‍through Ticketmundo.
