We are looking for a contractor to invite related parties to attract educational trips to Japan in FY2020.

1 purpose

In order to further increase the demand for inbound tourism in our prefecture, which has been recovering since the coronavirus pandemic, we have invited travel agencies and education personnel to actually participate in our prefecture’s acceptance system for nature experiences, homestays, and school exchanges. The purpose of this visit is to attract educational trips to Japan to Shizuoka Prefecture.

4 Commission period

From the date of contract conclusion to Friday, March 7, 2020

5 Contract limit

8,000,000 yen (including consumption tax and local consumption tax)

*Those exceeding the limit will be disqualified.

6 Reception period

Deadline for submission of questionnaire: Until 17:00 on Friday, November 1, 2020

Deadline for submission of participation application, etc.: Until 17:00 on Wednesday, November 6, 2020

Deadline for submission of planning proposal: Until 15:00 on Monday, November 11, 2020
