Exploring the New Third Generation Dacia Duster: A Shift from Practicality to Lifestyle
The third generation Dacia Duster is now available for sale. The Duster originally launched in 2013 as an affordable family SUV, priced at €15,500. The new model pricing starts from €25,990 and can go up to nearly €35,000.
This new version feels more upscale and caters to leisure and lifestyle needs. Nearly 20,000 Dusters have been sold since its debut, and Dacia expects these numbers to rise with the upcoming sales in January.
The design has improved significantly. The Duster offers more interior space, despite only a slight increase in length. Rear knee-room has increased by 30mm, enhancing comfort for passengers. The luggage area has expanded from 430 litres to 517 litres, making it practical for families.
The Duster also features advanced 4WD technology. This option targets customers interested in an active lifestyle. The new model includes various engine choices, with the hybrid expected to be a top seller.
Additionally, Dacia released its Spring electric vehicle this week. It starts at €16,990, claiming to be the cheapest electric vehicle in Ireland.
With its blend of practicality and style, the Duster remains a strong contender in the SUV market.
