After working at an advertising agency, he worked for 15 years at a social insurance labor consultant office and labor insurance administrative association, where he was involved in labor and social insurance procedures, labor consultations, labor insurance premium collection, and other administrative association management work. At Tsuji & Hongo Social Insurance Labor Consultant Corporation, he is involved in creating work rules, responding to administrative audits, and mediation work, as well as providing personnel evaluation and wage system operation support to companies working on work style reform.

Eriko Kondo
TH Law Firm Attorney
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University, he completed the Graduate School of Law at Rikkyo University and is now a registered attorney. He specializes in the area of human resources and labor management on the corporate side, and provides a wide range of services, including labor consultation (designing overtime pay systems, dealing with problem employees, etc.), labor-management negotiations, dealing with labor unions, labor arbitration, litigation, provisional dispositions, mediation procedures, dealing with the Labor Standards Inspection Office, and revising company regulations. He also handles legal due diligence, support for shareholder meetings, and other general corporate legal matters.
