Formula 1’s 2026 season will feature a new race in Madrid, Spain, as part of a 24-race F1 calendar approved by the FIA. The addition of the Madrid Grand Prix means the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at imola will not be included, keeping the schedule at its self-imposed limit.
The FIA approved the calendar during a World Motor Sport Council meeting. The Madrid event is contingent upon FIA homologation of the circuit.
