Purchases, Cancellations, and Returns

We strive to manage our inventory daily to ensure that our products are available when you need them. However, in the unlikely event that a product is not available when we check the inventory, we will promptly cancel the order or refund the payment amount.

Shipping and Receipt

Once your product has been shipped from our store, we will send you a message with the delivery company and the inquiry waybill number. This information will help you track the status of your order and ensure that you receive your product safely.

Issuing Receipts

Please note that since the payment destination for customers is minne, ANTIQUE LEAVES cannot issue a traditional receipt. However, we can provide a printed copy of the delivery note and order details page as a substitute for a receipt. If you need this document, please let us know in the remarks column at the time of purchase.

If you would like an invoice and order details that include your company name, please include the company name when entering the orderer information and shipping address information.
