This iteration of⁣ the Fantastic Four embraces the “silly,” with a 1960s retro-future aesthetic and a unique take ⁤on Galactus.

“I think that there are no four characters that are more important ‍for the history ⁢of marvel. When Disney bought fox, it was really an unexpected dream come true. It came at the perfect time, to help us launch into a new⁣ era. They are Marvel’s ⁤First Family, and I really wanted to ⁤do them justice.”

Ralph Ineson, who plays Galactus, sees the character as a cosmic force rather than an evil ‍being. ‍Ineson prepared for the role by imagining the Mont Blanc tunnels as galactus’ windpipe and visiting tall buildings to ruminate.

“He’s a god, of sorts… I don’t think Galactus is evil.”

AMC Theaters indicates the film has a runtime of 130 minutes. A toy reveals Johnny Storm’s “flame on” ⁣effect. Reports from a test screening in Los Angeles suggest a possible “avengers: ⁤Doomsday” tease in a post-credits scene.

What’s next
