‘Fast & Furious’ Coaster Coming to Universal studios Hollywood in 2026

Universal Studios Hollywood is gearing up to launch its first major thrill rollercoaster inspired by the ”Fast and the Furious” franchise. “Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift” is set to open in 2026, promising an adrenaline-fueled experience for parkgoers.Height requirements are still to be persistent.
The new “Fast & Furious” coaster,Universal’s fastest “drifting” coaster,will send riders soaring at speeds up to 72 mph. Construction is underway on the upper lot of Universal Studios Hollywood, with the coaster’s tracks hugging the hillside.
Each ride vehicle will feature a 360-degree rotation, propelling cars to top speed on the 4,100-foot outdoor track. The ride aims to immerse guests in the car culture depicted in the films, evoking the feeling of joining Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and other stars.
The new coaster replaces the Studio Tour’s “Fast & Furious Supercharged” attraction, which previously featured Dwayne Johnson and Luke Evans. While the coaster’s storyline remains under wraps, a model of Dominic Toretto’s 1970 Dodge Charger is on display at Universal Studios Hollywood.
