New Orleans,LA – New Year’s celebrations in new Orleans turned to horror early Wednesday morning as a driver plowed a vehicle into a crowd on Bourbon Street,killing at least 10 people and injuring dozens more. The suspect, identified as U.S. citizen Shamsud-Din Jabbar,was killed in a shootout with police.
