Stray Kids’ Felix Donates 50 Million Won to Support Children in Laos
UNICEF Korea Committee announced that Stray Kids Felix donated 50 million won to support nutrition and water sanitation for children in Laos in celebration of his birthday on September 15th.
Felix, who previously donated 100 million won in January to help children in Laos suffering from poor nutrition and water and sanitation, continued his philanthropic efforts by donating funds once again.
As the youngest member of the Honors Club, a group of UNICEF’s top donors, Felix visited Laos in February to witness UNICEF’s work sites and encountered various difficulties faced by local children.
Felix expressed his desire to continue supporting the protection of children’s rights, stating, “Even in difficult circumstances, the Laotian children always had bright smiles. I want to continue to give strength and love to the work of protecting the pure hearts of the children.”
UNICEF Korea Secretary General Cho Mi-jin praised Felix, saying, “Felix, who always works with children around the world with sincere affection, is a role model for many people. He has once again sent us a precious fund for the healthy growth of children in Laos.”
Felix’s donation will support the healthy growth of children in Laos, and his efforts have left a warm impression on the community.
UNICEF is a UN agency that carries out projects for children around the world, including health, nutrition, water and sanitation, education, protection, and emergency relief.
