VALENCIA, Spain (AP) – Reservations opened tuesday, April 29,⁣ 2025, ​for the ⁤fifth annual​ art ⁢Festival & gastronomy of Valencia, known as Festin.​ The cultural event, which combines art and culinary experiences, will take place May 9-18 at 18 locations ​across Valencia, Gandía, and​ Riba-Roja del Turia.

She cited ‌Carito Lourenço’s ⁢author’s menu in⁢ dialog with the works of the Hortensia‍ Herrero Art Center,and‍ María‍ José ⁣Martínez’s reinterpretation of the Diet of Ancient Egypt​ at Pumpas Gens,as⁣ examples.

Llobet also mentioned ⁣the ⁤chocolate‍ Serratosa, inspired by sculptures, and Utopik’s ​sensory experience, showcasing the merger ‍of contemporary art and gastronomy⁤ through chocolate with Paco Llopis and Juana ‍Rojas.
