University of North Dakota Men’s Basketball Announces New Signees for 2025-26 Season

Coach Paul Sather has officially welcomed three new players to the University of North Dakota men’s basketball team for the upcoming 2025-26 season. The announcement was made on November 20.
Meet the Signees
Marley Curtis
- Position: Forward
- Height: 6’8″
- Hometown: St. Louis Park, Minnesota
- High School: St. Louis Park HS
- Highlights:
- Four-year letterwinner
- Averaged 19.1 points (6th in Metro West) and 5.8 rebounds per game (5th in Metro West) as a junior
- Plays on Team J Sizzle in AAU basketball
Coach Sather’s Insight on Marley:
“Marley is a physically imposing guard. He possesses great size, skill, and athleticism. On offense, he has a shooter’s mentality and can attack the basket aggressively. His defensive abilities allow him to guard multiple positions effectively.”
Micah Curtis

- 2024-25 Preseason All-State selection
- Averaged 21.7 points (3rd in Metro West) and 11.9 rebounds (led conference)
- Member of the National Honor Society

“Micah is a hybrid player. He combines the skills of a guard with the size of a forward, making him a matchup challenge. His physicality and finesse set him apart. He’s improved his shooting range and can finish strong at the basket.”
Karson Ouse
- Position: Forward
- Height: 6’7″
- Hometown: Horace, North Dakota
- High School: Kindred HS
- Highlights:
- Earned All-Region honors as a sophomore and junior
- Contributed to two regional championships
- Averaging 12.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game
- Scored a career-high 24 points in a state semifinal game
