The Financial Supervisory Service announced on the 30th that it will begin accepting applications for the 2025 Grade 5 general employee open competitive recruitment. The total number of people to be recruited is 70.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service, seven fields will be recruited based on the second written exam major subjects: business administration, law, economics, IT, statistics, financial engineering, and consumer studies.

The number of recruits by field of employment is △22 for business administration, △16 for law, △13 for economics, △11 for IT, △4 for statistics, △3 for financial engineering, and △1 for consumer studies.

This recruitment is an open competitive recruitment, and applicants can apply without restrictions on academic background, age, or major, but can only apply for one field.

However, in the case of men, only those who have completed their military service (those who have served can be discharged before December 31st of this year) or are exempted from military service can apply.

In particular, in order to attract excellent, professional talent, we plan to give preference to those with professional qualifications such as insurance actuaries, lawyers, and accountants during this recruitment period.

Applications can be submitted until 3:00 PM on the 13th of next month on the Financial Supervisory Service recruitment website. The final successful candidates will be announced in December after the 1st and 2nd written examinations (September 28th and October 19th) and the 1st and 2nd interviews (mid-November).
