The final installment of the Jackass franchise, titled Jackass: Best and Last, will feature a memorable and unusual moment: Steve-O undergoing a prostate exam administered by a humanoid robot named Larry. This scene was confirmed through exclusive first-look materials released by Entertainment Weekly, which provided photos and details from the upcoming film.

According to the reports, the robot Larry is designed to resemble a medical professional and performs the exam in a manner that aligns with the franchise’s tradition of blending shock humor with physical comedy. The moment was first revealed in the film’s trailer, which debuted at CinemaCon earlier this year, though the full trailer has not been made publicly available online.

Johnny Knoxville, a longtime star and creative force behind the Jackass series, has acknowledged that Jackass: Best and Last will mark the conclusion of the franchise. He described the project as emotionally significant, reflecting on the legacy of the series and the final collaboration with longtime cast members.

The film will also feature returning cast members including Dave England, Ehren McGhehey, Preston Lacy, Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Zach Holmes, Jasper, Dark Shark, and Rachel Wolfson. These performers have been part of various Jackass entries over the years and are set to reprise their roles in this final chapter.

Directed by Jeff Tremaine, who has helmed previous Jackass films, Jackass: Best and Last is scheduled for release in United States theaters on June 26, 2026. Paramount Pictures is handling distribution, positioning the release as a summer tentpole event for fans of the franchise.

While the film’s centerpiece involves the robotic exam, the broader scope of Jackass: Best and Last is expected to include a mix of stunts, pranks, and physical challenges that have defined the series since its inception. The inclusion of Larry the robot represents a continuation of the franchise’s willingness to incorporate absurd and technologically enhanced scenarios into its comedic framework.

As of now, no further details about additional plot elements or stunt sequences have been officially disclosed. The studio and production team have emphasized that the film will serve as a definitive endpoint for the Jackass series, both in tone and narrative closure.
