Rapper Fivio Foreign, who has been in jail since January on weapons charges, has pleaded guilty to terroristic threats in New Jersey, perhaps easing his path to release.
The New Jersey Public Facts Officer told TMZ hip Hop that Fivio Foreign pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats, specifically threatening a violent crime, which is a third-degree offence.
Fivio Foreign,facing four othre charges including unlawful weapon possession and aggravated assault,may see those charges dropped. His attorney, Adam Lustberg, said he expects the other counts to be dismissed in exchange for the guilty plea to the terroristic threat charge.
