Fivio Foreign Pleads Guilty to Terroristic Threats in Gun Case

Brooklyn rapper Fivio Foreign has admitted guilt to one count of making terroristic threats, linked to his january arrest. The gun crime incident involved allegedly threatening a woman over a parking spot.
Fivio Foreign has been in custody in Edgewater, N.J., since Jan. 18. He entered the guilty plea Tuesday,admitting to threatening a violent act,a third-degree crime. In exchange, charges of unlawful weapon possession and aggravated assault were dropped.
The sentencing is slated for Aug. 2, but his attorney is seeking to expedite the process. The defense hopes the rapper,having served over four months,will be released soon.
The legal trouble arose from a New Year’s Day parking dispute. A woman claimed Fivio Foreign responded to her request for a jumpstart by pointing a gun and threatening her. witnesses corroborated her account via surveillance footage, leading to Fivio’s Jan. 18 arrest on multiple charges, including weapons possession and aggravated assault.
This isn’t Fivio Foreign’s first brush with the law in New Jersey. In April 2021,he was arrested in Fort Lee after allegedly running from police with a loaded gun.

Fivio Foreign awaits sentencing,with his legal team pushing for an earlier date and his potential release after time served. The legal case outcome remains to be seen.
