WNBA Draft Prospects Johnson, Miles to Play in AmeriCup

LSU guard Flau’jae Johnson and TCU guard Olivia Miles, both potential 2026 WNBA draft lottery picks, will represent USA Basketball at the FIBA women’s AmeriCup in Santiago, Chile. The 12-member squad, comprised of top college players, was announced Thursday by the USA Basketball women’s junior national team committee.
Johnson is among five players set to make their USA Basketball competitive debuts. The others are Oklahoma center Raegan Beers, Iowa State center Audi Crooks, UCLA guard Gianna Kneepkens, and Iowa forward Hannah Stuelke.
Miles and five other players have previously won gold medals for USA Basketball.Those players are Texas guard Madison Booker, south Carolina forward Joyce Edwards, Notre Dame guard Hannah Hidalgo, USC guard Kennedy Smith, and Michigan State forward Grace VanSlooten.
