The northern region includes 10 provinces, 43 districts, 142 sub-districts, 739 villages, 16,926 affected families.

1. Chiang Rai: Floods occurred in 4 districts, namely Muang District, Wiang Pa Pao District, Mae Suai District and Mae Lao District, a total of 12 sub-districts, 108 villages , 2,892 families affected. The water level has decreased.

2. Chiang Mai: Flooding occurred in 3 districts: Mueang District, Mae Ai District and Mae On District, a total of 10 subdistricts, 25 villages, 7 families affected, water levels increased.

3. Nan: Floods occurred in 3 districts: Na Noi District, Na Muen District and Wiang Sa District, a total of 9 subdistricts and 10 villages, the water levels decreased.

4. Lampang: Floods occurred in 5 districts, namely Mae Phrik District, Sop Prap District, Thoen District, Ko Kha District and Chae Hom District, a total of 21 sub-districts, 129 villages, 3,571 families affected. The water level has risen.

The north-eastern region includes 6 provinces, 20 districts, 72 sub-districts, 361 villages, 8,491 affected families.

1) Loei, floods occurred in Mueang district area, including 2 subdistricts, 4 villages, 112 families were affected and the water level decreased.

2) Nong Khai: Flooding occurred in 4 districts, namely Si Chiang Mai District, Tha Bo District, Mueang District and Phon Phisai District, a total of 26 sub-districts, 146 villages, 7,717 families affected and water levels have decreased.

3) Udon Thani: Floods occurred in 2 districts: Mueang District and Sang Khom District, a total of 6 sub-districts, 23 villages, 270 families affected, stable water levels.

4) Chaiyaphum: Flooding occurred in 4 districts, namely Khon Sawan District, Ban Thaen District, Phu Khieo District and Chatturat District, totaling 10 sub-districts, 42 villages and 66 households hit. The water level has decreased.

5) Maha Sarakham, floods occurred in 4 districts, namely Mueang District, Kantharawichai District, Kosum Phisai District, Chiang Yuen District, a total of 19 sub-districts, 123 villages, 23 families affected, the levels of water have decreased.
