In a message ⁣posted on Facebook, ⁢Yoon stated, Ther are many places‍ that have ⁤evolved rapidly with the devotion of evolutionary crews adn civil ⁤servants, but⁢ it is indeed still ⁤unfortunate that there is still⁢ a struggle in five places and the ⁤number of people is increasing.

He added, We sincerely comfort the displaced people and⁣ all ⁢the victims in the shelter and pray for the safety ‍of⁣ evolutionary crews and⁢ civil servants.

According to a situation report⁣ from ⁣the Central⁤ Disaster Safety Countermeasures⁣ Headquarters,as of 8⁢ a.m., four people died ⁢in a forest ‍fire that⁢ began in Sancheong-gun⁢ on March 21.⁣ Five‍ others sustained serious ⁢injuries, and⁤ one suffered minor ⁣injuries. All casualties occurred⁢ in Sancheong.

evacuation⁣ efforts have led to 1,514 ⁢people being relocated to temporary residential facilities, including 951 from Uiseong, 335 from Sancheong, 80 from Ulju, and 148 from gimhae.

In sancheong, the forest fires approached the Korea Seonbi Culture research Institute, which was being used ⁢as a temporary shelter. Residents were evacuated ⁤to eight temporary residential facilities.
