Forlì, Italy – A tragic accident on the A14 motorway on Thursday, February 14, 2026, claimed the life of Dr. Eros Zanotti, a 65-year-old physician with over three decades of experience in the Brescia hospital system. Dr. Zanotti was returning to Lombardy from Romagna, where his family resides, when the vehicle he was traveling in was involved in a collision.

The accident occurred around 7:30 PM near the Bevano service area, between Cesena Nord and Forlì, while traveling in the direction of Bologna. The incident involved two cars and an articulated lorry, resulting in Dr. Zanotti’s car overturning.
