Former Changhua County Councilor Arrested in Fraud Scheme

Changhua, Taiwan – Hong Baiwei, a​ former Changhua County Councilor, was arrested in​ September for his alleged involvement in ⁣a fraud syndicate. Police apprehended ⁣Hong while he was making a cash transaction in New ⁣Taipei City, reportedly acting as a driver for the group.
