Four Irish Restaurants Added to the MICHELIN Guide

Four Irish restaurants have been newly recognized by the MICHELIN Guide – Great Britain & Ireland, bringing the total number of Irish establishments featured to 106. While the awarding of Stars, Green Stars, and Bib Gourmands occurs at the annual MICHELIN Guide Ceremony, restaurants are added to the Guide’s selection throughout the year on a monthly basis. Sixteen new entries were announced this month, with Dublin and Waterford notably well-represented.
