Four Patriot League Football Players Earn Stats Perform All-America Honors

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – the patriot League is celebrating a quartet of football standouts who have earned prestigious national recognition. Stats Perform, a leading provider of sports data and analytics, announced its NCAA DI FCS All-America teams, featuring Fordham junior defensive lineman Matt Jaworski and Lafayette senior safety Saiku White.Jaworski, a dominant force on the defensive line, secured a spot on the Stats Perform All-America second team. His impressive 1.3 tackles for loss per game led the Patriot League and ranked him 17th nationally. This accolade adds to Jaworski’s already impressive resume, which includes two All-Patriot League selections and a nomination for the prestigious Buck Buchanan Award, given to the top defensive player in FCS football.
White, a ball-hawking safety known for his playmaking ability, was named to the stats Perform All-america Third Team. The two-time All-Patriot League selection finished the season among the League leaders with three interceptions and six passes defended. White’s nine career interceptions place him fifth among active FCS players, solidifying his reputation as a shutdown defender. Like Jaworski, White was also a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award and earned AP FCS All-America First Team honors earlier this week.
Adding to the Patriot League’s national recognition,Lafayette freshman offensive lineman Sean Kinney and Lehigh first-year running back Jaden Green were selected to the Stats Perform FCS Freshman All-America Team. Their standout performances during their rookie seasons highlight the bright future of patriot League football.
