PODGORICA, Montenegro – Romane Dicko of ⁤france secured her fifth European title​ at⁢ the Moraca Sports Center in podgorica, defeating Israeli Raz Hershko in the​ over ‌78-kilogram final. Tasóyev‍ of Russia also claimed gold in the over 100-kilogram division.
