One of Vienna’s most cherished summer traditions, the Film Festival at Rathausplatz, is underway. Running daily until Aug. 31, the square transforms into an open-air cultural venue. Visitors can enjoy recorded performances of opera, classical concerts, jazz, and pop music on a large screen. Food and drink stalls open at 11 a.m., with films beginning at dusk. Admission is free.
