Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid, the British wheelchair doubles team, are one step closer to their sixth consecutive French Open title. The duo defeated Alexander Cataldo of Chile and Sergei Lysov of Israel with a 6-1, 4-6, [10-4] victory.
Andy Lapthorne, another British player, also advanced, securing a spot in the men’s quad wheelchair quarter-final by beating Robert Shaw of Canada 7-5, 7-5.
