Nicocado Avocado Returns to Gym After 7 Months, Loses 113 kg

American YouTuber ‘Nicocado Avocado’, famous for his ‘extreme mukbang’, has returned to the gym after 7 months, having lost 113 kg. The photo shows him successfully completing his diet.

On the 8th (local time), Mukbang YouTuber ‘Nicokado Avocado’, who has over 4.18 million subscribers, uploaded a video marking his return after 7 months of hiatus due to health reasons.

In the video, he appeared to be so thin that he was unrecognizable. Avocado explained, “I’ve lost 250 pounds (about 113 kg) so far.”

The reason he lost weight was for health. He filmed himself eating a huge amount of food, and at one point his weight increased to 171 kg, and he sometimes complained of difficulty breathing. He said, “Diet was the greatest experiment of my life.”

In fact, Avocado hasn’t filmed a new mukbang video in two years. In his comeback video, he said, “I uploaded a video that I had filmed in advance up until seven months ago,” and “I dieted hard for the two years when I didn’t film a new video.”

Avocado was said to be a vegetarian who dreamed of becoming a musician before he started mukbang. However, in 2016, when mukbangs focusing on fast food became popular, he started eating a lot of it. He gained more than twice his weight due to binge eating.
