The conversation took an interesting turn when Amr Saad and Ahmed Saad asked Cheb Khaled about the secret behind his smile, even in the face of adversity. They created a hypothetical scenario that led to their own demise, and asked Cheb Khaled to share his thoughts on the matter.
Cheb Khaled responded with laughter, saying, “Relieve yourself from the world.” When asked about his reaction if he were to attend a funeral, he replied, “I smiled to myself.” Ahmed Saad pressed further, asking if he was not afraid of death, to which Cheb Khaled replied, “No fear of death. We’re all walking.”
Cheb Khaled also shared his perspective on death, saying, “I see death from the point of view of God’s mercy to people, because we say to the dead, God have mercy on him, and if the dead man sees his family happy, he will be relieved.”
When asked about the loss of his mother, father, and brother in his childhood, Cheb Khaled said, “I definitely think about them and cry for them, but alone.”
