The New Generation is Youth: “Dare to Play” – A Story of Courage and Perseverance

The documentary “The New Generation is Youth” was launched on September 9, in collaboration with the Chinese Basketball Association and Hunan Xinhua Bookstore Group. The first episode, “Dare to Play,” focuses on young basketball players in the context of sports and education integration, recording their stories of hard work, self-challenge, and brave pursuit of their dreams.

The documentary consists of four episodes, focusing on top high school basketball teams in China and the national U18 men’s basketball team. It reveals the growth secrets of the “new generation of basketball” by exploring the three key roles in the basketball world: players, coaches, and parents. The film showcases the hard work and unremitting efforts behind basketball, highlighting the spirit of basketball and the relentless pursuit of dreams.

Through the stories of these young basketball players, the documentary pays tribute to the spirit of basketball and provides a vivid portrayal of those who dare to pursue their dreams on the road of basketball.
