Full House Resorts Announces Sale of Stockman’s Casino for $9.2 Million
Full House Resorts has announced the sale of Stockman’s Casino in Fallon, Nevada, for a total of $9.2 million. The property will be sold for $7 million, and the remaining operating assets will be sold for $2.2 million.
The sale will be carried out in two tranches, with the first transaction expected to be completed by the end of September 2024 and the second transaction pending customary gaming approvals.
Full House Resorts will continue to operate Stockman’s Casino until the second transaction is completed, paying Clarity $50,000 per month in lease payments.
Upon completion of the sale, all day-to-day operations of Stockman Casino will transfer to Clarity.
Full House Resorts currently owns and operates several gaming properties across the country, including Chamonix Casino Hotel, American Place, and Silver Slipper Casino and Hotel.
