Violent Clash Between Municipal Management Officials and Shop Owners in Fuzhou City

A disturbing video has surfaced on social media, showing multiple municipal management officials in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, physically assaulting two shop owners in front of their specialty powder shop.

Incident Under Investigation

The local police have confirmed that the incident occurred on September 11th at 6:39 am and are currently investigating the matter jointly with other departments.

The video footage shows several officials in blue uniforms surrounding the two shop owners, punching and kicking them after they fell to the ground. The victims, a man and a woman, were left lying on the ground, with the woman crying bitterly.

Alleged House Demolition Dispute

A nearby trader, Mr. Li, revealed that the municipal management officials had been involved in a dispute with the shop owners over a house demolition issue. The owners of the Xiaowan Specialty Noodle Shop had been ordered to vacate their leased house, but were unwilling to do so, leading to a conflict.
