Garmin Forerunner 255 and 955 Beta Update 21.18
Garmin is rolling out a new beta update, version 21.18, for the Forerunner 255 and Forerunner 955 smartwatches. This update introduces the Garmin Strength Coach feature. Strength Coach helps users build muscle and improve fitness through personalized training plans.
The update includes three bug fixes:
- Issues with sleep mode not functioning properly.
- Problems with weather forecasts.
- Triathlon activity inaccuracies.
To download the update, follow these steps:
- Open the Main menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Select System.
- Click on Software Update and Check For Updates.
Currently, at least 50% of users can access this beta version. Users interested in beta testing can sign up via Garmin Connect.
