A charity ship named ​Madleen, part of the Freedom Flotilla⁢ Coalition ​aiming to deliver aid to ⁣Gaza,‌ avoided potential interception early Monday. The‌ incident ⁣occurred ‌after an alarm was triggered on the vessel,warning ​of a possible confrontation.

Earlier, Israeli Defense Minister Israeli Katz stated he ⁢instructed the military to halt the boat. the vessel carries activists, including Greta ​Thunberg, and a symbolic quantity⁢ of aid, such as rice and baby ‍formula, intending ⁤to breach‌ IsraelS blockade of Gaza. The Freedom Flotilla ‌ seeks to challenge⁢ the existing restrictions and deliver ​much-needed humanitarian aid.
