Shifa and al-Ahli ‍hospitals ⁤reported that among the dead were five women and seven children. The gaza Strip,a densely populated⁣ area,has been‍ the scene of intense fighting.

The Israeli military has not yet ‍commented ⁣on the specific incident. Though, Israel maintains that it targets only militants and takes measures to⁢ avoid civilian casualties, blaming hamas for embedding within civilian⁤ populations. The Israeli military asserts it adheres to international law.
