A collective agreement has been reached, resulting in a 2.75% increase in wages for workers in the stone and ceramic industry. This translates to up to 1,130 euros more annually in the KV wage.
The agreement, effective May 1, 2025, includes a 2.75% increase in both collective and actual wages.This increase aims to secure purchasing power for skilled workers during challenging economic times.
Significant improvements were also achieved in framework law. Day money was increased by 13.6%, rising from EUR 2.20 to EUR 2.50 per hour, up to the tax-free limit. Allowances also increased by 2.75%.
Negotiations were based on a consumer price index (CPI) of 2.75%.
