Google’s Gemini app, ‍as of May 2025, provides users with a range of AI capabilities ‍through three distinct tiers: a free version, Google AI Pro at $19.99 monthly (including 2 TB storage), and Google Ultra for $249.99 per month, which unlocks cutting-edge features.

The⁢ free tier provides general access to Gemini 2.5 Flash, the default model. Free users also have limited access to Gemini 2.5 Pro (preview), designed for reasoning, math, and coding tasks. google AI Pro subscribers enjoy expanded access to the 2.5 Pro (preview),capped at 100 queries daily.Google explains that model limits are in place to manage capacity, allowing users to switch models if thay hit a limit.

Google ultra subscribers receive the highest access⁤ to 2.5 Pro (preview). The company plans to roll out a 2.5 Pro Deep Think mode for Ultra subscribers,along with an upcoming Agent Mode capability.
