The European Championships are mainly held in two groups – one plays its matches in Malmö, Sweden, the other in Herning, Denmark. Already without underdogs, like Poland, which unfortunately did not match the level of this tournament. Our team lost all three matches in Kristianstad, finishing in 21st place.Shameful, equaling the worst in history, if we even qualified for such tournaments.
And in the other, solid Croatia and hungary, medal-aspiring Iceland, but also severely weakened Slovenia, average Switzerland, and Sweden trying to get back on track. Though, the difference between these groups is huge.

The situation is a little different for Germany and Portugal, the loser remains in the game. Nevertheless, the fight was like for life - throughout the entire match, neither team led by more then two goals at any point. And that practically never happens.

A to wystarczyło,by Renārs Uščins trafił na 32:30.
Oni bowiem mają teraz problem: czeka ich starcie m.in. z Francją. I raczej porażka odbierze im szanse na medal.
