Notice of Price Revision for British Dyed Merino Wool and Other Products

Price Revision Effective October 1, 2024

Thank you for your continued patronage. Due to rising raw material and shipping costs, we have been forced to revise our prices from October 1, 2024. The affected products and their new prices are as follows:

• British Dyed Merino Wool: 100g ¥704 → ¥980
• British Dyed Shetland: 100g ¥812 → ¥1,420
• Tattoo Wool: 100g ¥822 → ¥1,220
• British Silk Wool: 100g ¥1,270 → ¥1,760
• Natural Blue Face Leicester: 100g ¥884 → ¥1,590

Please note that the price increase will also apply to the 50g and 10g sizes of these products.

We apologize for the large price increase. Since the store first opened, Kin no Hitsuji has operated with the goal of promoting woolwork. Among our products, dyed merino has become our signature product thanks to its popularity among many customers.

We have tried to maintain the price of dyed merino wool as much as possible for the past 10 years without raising the price, but we have made this decision in order to maintain the same product lineup and quality going forward. We will continue to sell our products at the current price until the end of September 2024.

Please note that out-of-stock items will be sold at the new price, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible if you need them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
