ANISMA WORLD in Shanghai 2024: A Celebration of Anime Song Culture

A press conference for the 23rd China Shanghai International Art Festival’s Professional Performance Division project “ANISMA WORLD in Shanghai 2024” (AniSama World 2024 Shanghai Concert) was recently held in the multi-function hall on the 1st floor of the Shanghai International Arts Festival, China.

On November 16th, 12 groups of guests will participate in the “AniSummer World 2024 Shanghai Concert” held at the Qizhong Tennis Center, Shanghai Jiuji Stadium. As part of the anime song music festival Animelo Summer Live (Ani Summer), “Ani Summer World 2024 Shanghai Concert” will bring anime song culture to Shanghai.

The production content includes anime songs, games, special effects movie songs, and original songs released by singers under their own names. Anisama is Japan’s largest anime song music festival, held every summer since its first event in 2005. This year’s Anisama, with the theme of “Stargazer”, was held for three consecutive days at the end of August.

“ANI SAMA WORLD in Shanghai 2024” (Ani Summer World 2024 Shanghai Concert) will be the first time in 13 years that Anisama will be held in Shanghai. Organizers said the event could attract anime lovers from all over China and abroad to Shanghai, and become an example of the art festival’s integrated development of culture, business and tourism.
