Get Ready for a Slam Dunk: INFRONEER B.Hi TOUCH Brings Family-Friendly Basketball to the Forefront of Regional Revitalization
The Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Shimada Shinji; hereinafter referred to as “B.LEAGUE”), a public interest incorporated association, will be holding an event called “INFRONEER B.Hi TOUCH” for parents and children to enjoy together at clubs across Japan from Sunday, October 13th to Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, in collaboration with Infronia Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Executive Officer and CEO: Kibe Issei; hereinafter referred to as “Infronia”), which has been appointed as a “B.LEAUGE Innovation Partner.”
“INFRONEER B.Hi TOUCH” is an event that sublimated “B.FES” that was also held last season. This year, the fifth time it is held, the theme is “Come, see, touch, and experience the arena for the first time with your child”. In order to make it easier for people who have never been involved with basketball or sports to enjoy watching basketball, “Sumikko Gurashi” (San-X Co., Ltd.), which is popular among a wide range of people from children to adults, will be present as the “INFRONEER B.Hi TOUCH Official Ambassador” and will be selling limited edition goods.
During the “INFRONEER B.Hi TOUCH” event, B.LEAGUE and Infronia, who aim to collaborate to “revitalize regional areas with basketball and infrastructure as the starting point,” will hold a variety of participatory events with the theme “High-five with basketball and infrastructure!” where participants can enjoy basketball while also getting up close and learning about infrastructure and infrastructure services that are essential to daily life.
Through participation in the event, fans and local residents will be able to take part in the “Basketball Infrastructure League (BI League)*1,” an initiative that will contribute to solving local issues surrounding basketball and infrastructure, as well as the “Crab Crane Basketball” parent-child basketball experience using the Infronia Group’s construction machinery, the “Crab Crane.”

“BI League” is a participatory competition (game) that brings together clubs and fans to support and enliven the region.
