Get Ready for a Weekend of Community Fun: The Good Neighbor Festival Takes Over LA This Friday, November 8
In order to promote the well-being and family time of residents of the Los Angeles neighborhood and surrounding sectors, this Friday, November 8, the “Good Neighbor, Good Center Festival” will be held.
This Festival is organized by Corpocentro, the Center Managers of the Medellín Mayor’s Office, the María Cano IPS and the María Cano University Foundation.
Within the Festival programming there will be a space where you can find leisure-pedagogical and cultural activities, health care and hearing evaluation, rapid HIV and syphilis tests, cardiovascular risk screening, advice for pregnant and lactating mothers, mental health guidelines, completely free of charge for the whole community.
The Uniremington Veterinary Faculty will also be present, offering services to pets.
The programming also includes the participation of entrepreneurs, who will offer their products and services to the whole community.
The Festival will be held in the Parque Obrero in Barrio Los Ángeles, located on Carrera 39 and Calle 58, and will take place between 1 pm and 5 pm
